“With his intoxicating blend of jazz and pop and elements of improvisation and spoken word...[Cestari takes] his work out of the realm of pure music into another kind of art” — New Noise Magazine
Reimagining stories in raw, unapologetic fashion, Cestari has quickly become one of the most unique artists in the New York scene. Melding together influences of pop, experimental, rock, jazz, and spoken word, Cestari’s sound is binded with his poetic lyrics, dynamic vocals, and unwavering pianism which can switch from silky to abrasive in moments. With his most recent release “WHEN THEY COME OUT AT NIGHT,” partnered wit NYC venue Don’t Tell Mama, a release party was organized that incorporated a unique drink special and original poetry curated by Cestari. The double-single release explores the world of nightlife and the addictive cycle it brings through a two-part experimental-pop epic.
